A loyal and proud decorative painter meets Excel and the digital world of Bonnelycke mdd.
We adjusted, cut, twisted and layered photos of Heidi Zilmer’s hand painted originals of tiles, patina, cracklings and joints. We combined drawn illustrator patterns with the Photoshop layers – and BOOOM! … Zilmers amazing Nordic Antique wallpapers were born.
Zilmers’ Nordic Antique wallpaper is a collection of contemporary wallpapers with roots in traditional Scandinavian knitting patterns. Heidi designed the patterns to resemble antique tiles and the wallpaper lengths can be combined, displaced vertically and inverted to form countless ways of expression.
